So, let's turn that coin over. Most transactions today, are done on the internet, where people use either credit cards or Paypal. It stands to reason that people who are desperate for fast cash either have maxed-out credit cards or no credit cards for one reason or another. So their only choice is a payment processor such as Paypal. If you choose to use Paypal, you will not see your money for at least 60 days, and you may be too desperate to wait that long. Paypal will hold your funds at least that long to accommodate refunders. My advice is to not wait until you get to the desperate point. Most people are aware of what is on the horizon long before it arrives, and should start planning for it at least 90 days in advance. If you find yourself in this position, you should print out Ron's sugggestions above and tape them over your computer so that yu can see them eveerytime you boot-up. Then find yourself any kind of paying job to get some temporary money coming in. Just my thoughts.
